Privacy Policy

1. Contract’s Duration is one year or more, unless determine be parties, under this agreement/contract.

2. Huntygo It Pvt.Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the contract or its services at its discretion with or without cause or by serving 30(thirty) days written notice to the Advertiser’s.

3.Huntygo It Pvt.Ltd. DOSE NOT GUARANTEE and do not intend to guarantee any business to its vendor, it is merely a medium which connects general public with vendors of goods and services listed with Huntygo It Pvt.Ltd.

4. In Case of any disputes.Diffrences and/or claims arising out of the contracts shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendment thereof. The Arbitrator shall appointed by the authorized representative/Director of Huntygo It Pvt.Ltd. The proceeding shall be conducted in English and held at Nagpur. The Award shall be final and binding. The Cow;of Nagpur shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

5.The Advertiser has given his consent to contact hi for any business promotion of Huntygo It Pvt.Ltd. During the tenure of this agreement or even after the expiry of its tenure, whether the advertiser has registered or not registered or not registered their entity/firm’s contact numbers in the “Do not call-registry of telecom regulatory authority of India(TRAI)”

6.We reserve the right to consider or reject the requests without assigning any reason.

7. The validity of the registration fees is valid for 1 year only. After 1 year vendors needs to whatever the registration fees will be applicable.

8. The amount paid towards any packages or any type of registration fee will be non-refundable.

9. If at any point of time due to any technical problem, act of god, or any technical problems beyond our control, the company cannot be held responsible for any loss of any part of vendor.

10. If at any point of time if any dispute arises between vendor and the company or its representatives, they will be solved by arbitrator.

11. All the payments packages and their prices will have the validity of one year only (365 days) from the date of registration. The company reserves the right to modify the prices after the timespan of 365 days.

12. The company cannot be held responsible for any dispute if any, between the customer and the vendor.

13.All the transaction towards the company should be only made by cheque or online banking or any other digital means, the company won’t be responsible for any kind of cash transaction made between the vendor and the company’s executive.

14. It is understood that since it’s a digital document the vendor agrees to all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
